Delivery & Returns

Caged Laser Delivery


All our roll cages will be shipped on a pallet and delivery charge is per pallet per roll cage. Dimension of the package will be approximately 1500mm length x 1200mm width x 1000mm high. The weight for a full roll cage is approximately 50kg and half cage is approximately 30kg.

For delivery outside of the UK zones, European, International delivery, please contact us.

All other UK orders and deliveries (except the roll cages) are free. Delivery times vary (between 7-14 working days) depending on products and availability. If you have an urgent requirement, please contact us before purchase and we will try our best to meet your requested date.

Our free delivery service is an economy service provided by our preferred couriers. This service has no guaranteed delivery times or dates. The courier may not require a signature for the delivery and could leave this in a safe place in line with the courier’s own terms and conditions. Once we have proof of delivery from the courier with or without a signature, the contract is complete and a non-delivery claims cannot be accepted or processes. If you require an upgraded delivery service, please contact us in advance.

Any delivery time or date given by the company is an estimate only and not a term of the contract. Please make sure you have checked the delivery specific details online or contact us in advance. The company shall not be liable for any loss or damage in respect of any delay in the delivery howsoever arising. If at the time of order the Goods are not immediately available for delivery the company shall deliver the goods when they become available, unless otherwise requested in writing by the customer at the time of order.


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt, transaction ID or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £250, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
